Many women struggle to find an optimal sleeping position, and here’s what experts suggest so they can experience refreshing slumber.

Sleeping on your back is often considered the optimal position, as it aligns the spine, reduces snoring and acid reflux symptoms, and can even relieve neck pain. Unfortunately, however, sleeping this way may result in breasts that sag.

Side Sleeping

This position may seem strange, but it’s the ideal sleeping position for people suffering from back pain or acid reflux.
